The first stage involved placement of a tissue expander, reduction of the nipple areola complex, and a peri-areolar breast lift. After the first stage, the patient underwent in office expansions of her tissue expander to a final size of 550 cc to stretch her breast skin. During a second stage, the patient underwent replacement of her expanders with 550 cc silicone implants and had another peri-areolar lift. The patient will benefit from a formal breast lift to elevate her nipple areola higher, but she is very satisfied with her current results. Post-operative pictures are taken at 6 months after her second surgery.

This 16 year old female presented to The Aesthetic Centers with her mother from New York City. The patient wished to undergo correction of her right tuberous breast and augmentation of both breasts with her own fat. The patient underwent 3 stages of breast fat transfers. During each surgery, about 200-250 cc of patient’s own processed liposuctioned fat was carefully grafted into each breast. The patient’s breast cup size is currently a full D. Post-operative pictures are taken at 3 months after her last breast fat transfer and emailed to us.
