This 36 year old female who presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for breast augmentation and lift after her final pregnancy. The patient underwent peri-areolar mastopexy and breast augmentation with silicone implants. She had a 350 cc implant on the right side and 380 cc implant on the left. Her post-operative pictures are taken at 6 months.

This 43 years old female who presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for breast augmentation and lift after her final pregnancy. The patient underwent peri-areolar mastopexy and breast augmentation with saline implants. She had a 375 cc implant on the right side and 375 cc implant on the left. Her post-operative breast enhancement pictures were taken at 6 months.

This 45 year old woman came to The Aesthetic Centers for breast enhancement and body lift surgery after losing over 100 pounds through laparascopic gastric bypass surgery. Upon examination of her chest, the patient was found to have significant sagging and breast deflation, and outer chest laxity. The patient desired a breast lift, breast augmentation with silicone implants, and outer chest correction. The patient had silicone implants for breast augmentation and a Wise-pattern breast lift, together with a crescent upper body lift. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 9 months after her surgery.

This 38 year old patient came to The Aesthetic Centers for a tummy tuck with breast augmentation and breast lift. Upon examination, she was found to have breast deflation, minor breast sagging, fullness of her love-handles, as well as moderate abdominal laxity. The patient underwent liposuction of her flanks with a tummy tuck, as well as breast augmentation with 350 cc high profile silicone implants and crescent mastopexy (breast lift). The patient desired to again have her breasts lifted and improvement of her upper abdominal contour. Dr. Agha performed a revision breast lift and reverse tummy tuck for her. Post-operative photos taken at 6 months after the procedures.

This 37-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers for a breast lift. The patient had a breast augmentation in 2009 with another surgeon. She was never happy with the results since her breasts sagged over the implants. The patient returned to her surgeon who changed the implants for a larger size. Despite that, the breasts continued to sag over her chest. On examination by Dr. Agha, the patient was found to have breast implants that were placed too low on her chest. Presumably, during her previous operation, the mammary crease was lowered and the implants were placed low in order to raise the breast tissue and to minimize breast sagging.

Dr. Agha planned a comprehensive corrective surgery that included: Implant Removal, Anchor Type Breast Lift, Reverse Tummy Tuck with reconstruction of the mammary crease, 1 inch higher Closure of the outer breast pocket, Replacement of the breast implants.

This plan results in bringing the implants one inch higher on the chest, creating upper breast fullness, as well as tightening of the upper abdominal skin. Patient’s surgery took about 4 hours. The patient recovered well from her surgery. Post-operative pictures were taken at 5 months after her procedures.

This 31 year-old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Orange County. The patient was unhappy with her breasts after multiple pregnancies.

Requested Procedures: The patient wished to undergo a breast augmentation and breast lift to restore her breast shape and fullness.  She was a cup size A and wished to be a full C.

On Physical Examination: On examination, the patient was found to have significant breast sagging (grade 3) of both breasts. Also, her right breast was about 30 grams larger than the left.

Surgery: The patient subsequently underwent a breast augmentation and lift.  During the procedure, the patient had 400 cc silicone implants that were placed in a submuscular plane.  She also had a vertical mastopexy (lollipop-type incision) with 30 grams of breast reduction on the right side.  Patient’s surgery was completed in 3 and half hours.

Results: Patient’s post-operative photos were taken 4 months after her breast augmentation and lift procedures.

This 29 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Augmentation with silicone implants. Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient’s right breast was about 1 cup size larger than the left side and she had significant asymmetry of her breasts.

To correct for the breast asymmetry, Dr. Agha placed a 350 cc breast implant in her left breast, and a 230 cc breast implant in her right breast. Dr. Agha also performed a peri-areolar lift to reduce the size of the patient’s right areola, and position her nipples symmetrically. By using different sized breast implants and performing a peri-areolar lift, Dr. Agha was able to give the patient the fuller, symmetrical breasts that she desired.

Her new breasts were much fuller and more lifted, with a sensuous, rounded shape that flattered her figure. The patient’s Breast Augmentation before and after photos were taken 6 months after her procedure, and she was very happy with her new breasts.

This 34 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Lift and Augmentation, as well as Liposuction. The patient was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts, and wanted larger breasts that were fuller and natural looking.

To adjust the shape of her breasts and give them a more lifted position, Dr. Agha performed a Vertical Incision Breast Lift. By using a lollipop incision, Dr. Agha lifted the patient’s breasts, made them rounder, and placed her nipple areolae in the center of her breasts. To increase her breast size, Dr. Agha used round silicone implants. As the patient’s breasts were slightly asymmetrical, a 250-cc silicone implant was used on the right breast, and 300-cc implant was used on the left. The implants gave the patient fuller, rounder breasts.

Before the procedure, the patient’s breasts sat low down on her chest, and looked relatively small and deflated. After the procedure, the patient’s breasts looked much more youthful and fuller. This patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Implant Exchange and Breast Lift redo. The patient was unhappy with the results from her previous Breast Augmentation and Lift with another surgeon, and she felt that her breasts sagged. She also felt that her breasts were too large. The patient was also unhappy with her abdominal scar and asked Dr. Agha to perform a scar revision during her procedure.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha noted that the patient had moderate breast ptosis and low-hanging implants. He also noted that the patient’s breasts were asymmetrical, and she was a size DD on the right and a D on the left. She wished to be a C cup.

Dr. Agha began the patient’s procedure by re-creating her anchor-type incision on each of the patient’s breasts. Through this incision, he removed the patient’s old implants. Her old implants were 425 cc round smooth implants. He then replaced her implants with the new implants of her choice, which were 300 cc smooth Natrelle silicone implants. Then, he began the Breast Lift redo. The patient’s excess breast tissue and skin were removed and her breasts were lifted higher up on her chest; making her body appear much more proportional and youthful. During the same procedure, he also performed a scar revision on the patient’s abdomen, removing the width of the scar and closing it back up carefully to create a much more appealing scar.

After the patient’s procedure, her breasts were much more lifted, and were the patient’s desired size and shape. The patient’s Breast Lift before and after photos were taken 5 months after her procedure.

This 37-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Lift. The patient had previously had a breast augmentation with another plastic surgeon but was unhappy with her results because she had breast ptosis, or breast sagging. The patient went back to her physician, and he changed her implants for a larger size to correct her breast ptosis. However, she was still unhappy with her results and felt that her breasts remained saggy. Her breasts were also asymmetrical, and her left breast hung lower and was about 40-50cc larger than her right.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha noted that her breasts were too low on her chest. He also noted that her mammary fold, or the crease where the breast and the chest meet, was at least an inch lower than its ideal position. To fix these issues, Dr. Agha perfumed a Wise-Pattern Breast Lift (anchor incision) with the elevation of both implants and an elevation and reconstruction of her mammary fold. Dr. Agha lifted the patient’s breasts so that they would look more perky and youthful. He also lifted and reconstructed the patient’s mammary fold so that her breasts did not sit so low on her chest.

He was also able to fix her breast asymmetry by reducing the size of her left breast and lifting it higher. This way, both breasts were the same size and hung down the same distance. After the procedure, the patient was finally happy with her breasts. The patients Breast Lift before and after photos were taken 4 months after her procedure and she was overjoyed with her results.

This 34-year-old patient presented to Dr. Agha for a Breast Enhancement after extreme weight-loss. The patient had lost 140 pounds through gastric bypass surgery and was left with significant skin laxity and sagging breasts. After her weight loss, the patient’s breasts became very deflated, and her areolae were large and misshapen. Her right breast was also slightly larger than her left breast.

To address the patients concerns, Dr. Agha performed a Wise-Pattern Breast Lift with a right sided Breast Reduction, and a Breast Augmentation with silicone implants. Starting with the Breast Lift procedure, Dr. Agha made an anchor incision on the patient’s breasts and around her areolae, removing the excess skin on the patient’s breasts and creating the ideal areola size. He also removed more skin and fat from the right breast to ensure her breasts would be more symmetrical. Then, implants were placed into submuscular pockets of her breasts. The patient decided on 500 cc breast implants to achieve her desired fullness.

After her procedure, the patient’s breasts looked much more lifted, youthful, and full. The patient’s areola were also a much more flattering shape and size for her breasts. The patient’s Breast Augmentation Lift before and after photos were taken 9 months after her procedure, and the patient’s scars were remarkably well-faded.

This 27 year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Total Body Lift after extreme weight-loss. The patient had lost 135 pounds through diet and exercise and had maintained her weight for 4 years prior to undergoing surgery.

During examination, Dr. Agha noted that the patient had tuberous shaped breasts. Her breasts were also slightly asymmetrical and her nipples pointed downward, creating an undesirable breast shape. Patient also had lower body skin excess and buttocks deflation and sagging.

The patient underwent a total body lift that included a lower body lift, abdominoplasty, anterior thigh lift, outer thigh lift, liposuction, buttocks lift, buttocks augmentation with lower back flaps and buttocks fat transfer in one stage.  She also had a breast lift and augmentation using 450 cc smooth silicone implants, at the same time.
