This 43 years-old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a breast lift surgery. The patient underwent an anchor-type incision breast lift. The post-operative pictures were taken 6 months after her procedure. 

This 41 year old woman came to The Aesthetic Centers for plastic surgery after weight loss. Her highest was 282 pounds, and after having a gastric bypass in 2008, lost about 100 pounds. Unhappy with the significant breast deflation and sagging she had developed after weight loss, the patient underwent a dermal bra-suspension breast lift. Post-operative photos were taken 6 months after her breast lift.

After losing over 50 pounds through exercise and diet, this 51 year old woman came to The Aesthetic Centers for a body lift and breast lift. Upon examination, she was found to have significant sagging and breast deflation and sagging. The patient underwent a body lift and dermal-bra suspension breast lift procedure. Post-operative photos were taken 3 months after her breast lift surgery.

This 48 year old woman was referred to The Aesthetic Centers by her plastic surgeon for a breast lift redo. Unhappy with the breast sagging that had developed several years after an anchor-type breast lift, she was found to have sagging of the breast tissue without that of the nipple areola complexes. She underwent a dermal bra-suspension breast lift, a procedure pioneered by Dr. Rubin and Dr. Agha. Post-operative photos were taken at 9 months after her dermal bra-suspension breast lift surgery.

This 41 year old woman came to The Aesthetic Centers for a breast lift, arm lift, and upper body lift. After weight loss surgery, the patient was unhappy with the sagging and significant breast deflation that she had developed. She underwent an dermal bra-suspension breast lift, a bra-line upper body lift, and an L-brachioplasty. Post-operative photos were taken at 4 months after her surgeries.

This 40 years old weight loss patient presented to The Aesthetic Centers for a breast lift after losing over 100 pounds through weight loss surgery. On examination, the patient was found to have significant breast deflation and sagging. The patient underwent a dermal bra-suspension breast lift. This new technique was pioneered by Drs. Rubin and Agha in 2005 and has been published in several plastic surgery textbooks. The dermal bra suspension breast lift is an innovative breast lift procedure whereby the breast is internally reshaped and remolded while it is being lifted. Post-operative pictures were taken at 6 months after her breast lift procedure.

This out-of-state patient wished to undergo a breast lift revision after a prior standard anchor-incision breast lift back in the East Coast.

During a 4-hour surgery, the patient underwent a dermal bra suspension breast lift with internal bra reconstruction.  Dr. Agha recreated her incisions again and through the same incisions, performed breast reshaping, breast lift and skin removal.

This patient in her fifties presented to The Aesthetic Centers for a breast lift and reduction.  The patient wished to have smaller and lifted breasts.

During a 4-1/2 hour surgery, the patient underwent a breast reduction and a specialized type of breast lift, known as the dermal bra suspension breast lift.  This comprehensive breast lift was pioneered by Dr. Rubin and Dr. Agha in 2005 and utilizes the lower breast skin to create an internal bra with it.  The internal bra, aka the dermal bra, acts like a bra to keep breast tissues at a higher position and to maintain the created breast perkiness.

Post-op pictures were taken at 4 years after the dermal bra suspension breast lift.  You can see years later, the patient’s scars have almost faded but her breast fullness and lift has lasted well.

This patient in her twenties presented to our office with a desire to have smaller uplifted breasts. The patient was a DD cup size and wished to be a full C after these procedures.

During a 4-hour surgery, patient’s breasts were reduced through an anchor-incision.  The reduced breast tissue was then molded into a breast mound and placed at a higher position over the chest muscle via the use of an internal bra, aka the dermal bra.  This comprehensive breast lift procedure is known as the dermal bra suspension breast lift. The patient’s after pictures were taken 1 year after her breast reduction and dermal bra suspension breast lift.

This 56-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for plastic surgery after extreme weight loss. The patient was unhappy with the significant laxity of her skin and loose tissue after losing 135 pounds.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient had extreme breast ptosis, or breast sagging, and that her right breast was slightly smaller than her left breast. The patient desired more lifted, natural looking breasts that were a rounder shape.

To give the patient’s the breasts she desired, Dr. Agha performed a Dermal Bra Suspension Breast Lift. He began the procedure by making Anchor-type incisions each breast. This incision goes around the patient’s areolae, down the center of each breast, and across the inframammary folds. As an alternative to using breast implants, he reshaped the patient’s breast tissue and fat, creating a round breast mound. Using this method, Dr. Agha essentially created a breast hemisphere out of the patient’s own tissue, allowing the breasts to look and feel natural, but have the ideal shape. Then, he sutured the breast mound at a higher position to the chest muscle while using the breast dermis as an internal bra. 

After the procedure, the patient no longer had sagging, excess skin on her breasts. Her breasts were much more lifted and had the ideal round shape, without requiring breast implants or fat transfer. This 65-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for Plastic Surgery after Weight Loss. The patient had lost 50 pounds through bariatric surgery and was left with significant laxity of her tissues. The patient had also had a previous lumpectomy of the left breast and a Breast Lift, which left her breasts asymmetrical and slightly deformed. The patient wished to have more lifted, symmetrical breasts, as well as scar revision from her lumpectomy.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha noted that the patient had significant breast asymmetry due to her lumpectomy. The right breast and areola were larger than the left, and the right breast also hung lower on the patient’s chest. The patient was happy with her size.To give the patient the breasts that she desired, Dr. Agha performed a Dermal Bra Suspension Breast Lift, a procedure pioneered by Drs. Agha and Rubin. He began the procedure by making an anchor incision on each breast. This incision goes around the patient’s areolae, down the center of each breast, and across the inframammary folds. Through these incisions, he reshaped the patient’s breast tissue and fat, creating a new, round breast. Then, he used the patient’s dermis, or deep layer of skin, to create an internal bra to reinforce her newly shaped breasts. To lift the patients breasts and create a round breast shape without using implants, Dr. Agha performed a Dermal Bra Suspension Breast Lift– an innovative breast procedure that he pioneered with Dr. Rubin. He began the surgery by making an anchor-type incision on each breast. Through this incision, he reshaped the patient’s existing breast fat and tissue. The tissue was molded and sutured to itself to create a breast mound. The breast mound, supported by its dermal bra (internal bra), was then sutured to the chest muscle at a higher position.

After the patient’s Breast Lift, her breasts were much less deflated. Furthermore, her breasts sat nicely on her chest and were supported by her internal bra. The patient’s Dermal Bra Suspension Breast Lift after photos were taken 5 months after her procedure.

This 28-year-old woman traveled to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Lift and Implant Exchange. The patient had previously received Breast Augmentation with small 200 cc implants while in Mexico but was unhappy with her results. The patient’s breasts were asymmetrical, with her left breast being larger and sitting lower than her right. Her breasts also sagged, and the patient wished for more perky, youthful looking breasts. The patient not only wanted her breasts slightly larger, but also wanted the shape of her breasts and areolae to be fixed to look more lifted and rounder. The patient decided to have her old implants exchanged for 350 cc silicone implants. 

During her surgery, Dr. Agha increased her breast size, and lifted her breasts via a vertical incision breast lift. He also corrected her asymmetry with left breast reduction, and corrected her areola shape and placement. The resulting breasts were perky, symmetrical, and well-proportioned to the rest of her body.

This patient in her forties presented to The Aesthetic Centers after significant weight loss with a desire to have a breast lift. The patient was happy with her breast size but her breasts uplifted.

During a 4-hour surgery, the patient underwent a dermal bra suspension mastopexy. This comprehensive breast lift technique was initially developed by Drs. Rubin and Agha for the weight loss patients who typically do not have much skin elasticity.  Thus the breast tissue has to be lifted and anchored at a higher position with no reliance on the breast skin to hold it in place.  Also during this procedure, an internal bra is created out of the excess skin of the breast and used to hold the breast tissue at an uplifted location.

This 43 year old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha with large breasts following previous breast augmentation with implants and tummy tuck elsewhere. The patient also wished to undergo liposuction of her back to enhance her back view, as well as hour-glass silhouette.

On examination, the patient was found to have DDD/F breast cup size with ample breast tissue.  She also had multiple back rolls and excess fatty fullness of her lower back, love-handles, waist, and sacrum.

During her surgery, Dr. Agha removed 480 cc smooth round silicone implants from both breasts. The right implant was intact but the left was leaking silicone.  As per plan of surgery, he next reduced the patient’s naturally large breasts. About 140 grams of outer breast tissue was cut out from the right side and 147 grams on the left side.    Dr. Agha then performed his signature dermal bra suspension breast lift.  This technique was pioneered by Drs. Rubin and Agha in 2005 and is a specialized breast lift that creates a breast mound that is placed high on the chest via sutures. At the same time, an internal bra is created to hold the breast tissue in place.

This 45 years old patient was referred to Dr. Siamak Agha after losing 120 pounds. She was specifically interested in tummy tuck and breast lift surgery without breast implants. The patient had significant deflation and sagging of her of her breasts with enlarged nipple areola.

Dr Agha’s surgical plan included his signature techniques: the Internal Dermal Bra Breast Lift and the High-Definition Tummy Tuck. As you can appreciate on her stunning 6-month post-op photos, Dr Agha was able to restore her breasts to their former glory, counteracting all effects of ageing and weight loss.
