This 16 year old female came with her mother from New York City to The Aesthetic Centers. The patient wanted correction of her right tuberous breast and augmentation of both breasts with her own fat. She underwent 3 stages of breast fat transfers and during each procedure, about 200-250 cc of patient’s own liposuctioned and processed fat was carefully grafted into each breast. Currently the patient’s is a full D cup breast size . Post-operative photos were taken and emailed to us 3 months after her last breast fat transfer.
This 46 years old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha with breast pain and deformity after previous breast augmentation. The patient had severe capsular contracture of her implants which were causing her pain.
This was patient’s third capsular contracture and she had previously undergone surgery to have them corrected.
Considering her high risk for recurrence of capsular contracture again, the patient and Dr. Agha planned a 2-stage procedure for her. During the first stage, the capsules and implants were removed from both breasts. After waiting for a few months for the pocket to close off internally, a second surgery was planned. This included liposuction of patient’s lower back, flanks, abdomen, and thighs. About 3000 mls of lipoaspirate (fat mixed with blood and fluids) was suctioned from these various areas using Dr. Agha’s fat harvesting protocol. The fat was then processed, cleaned, mixed with antibiotics, and placed in small syringes for fat transfer.
About 380 mls of fat was micrografted into each breast.
Post-operative pictures were taken at 3 months when the patient’s breasts were about 2 cup size larger.
This 22 years old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha from Overseas for breast fat transfer. The patient specifically wished to have breast fat transfer only.
On examination, the patient was found to have A cup breasts and very little fat on her body. The patient was advised to have breast enhancement for a more significant change. She however insisted that she only wished to have ½ to 1 cup size of enhancement.
During 3 1/2 hours of surgery, the patient underwent liposuction of her abdomen, inner thighs, back, calves, and flanks according to Dr. Agha’s fat transfer protocol.
About 2100 mls of lipoaspirate (fat mixed with blood and fluids) was suctioned from these various areas. The fat was then processed, cleaned, mixed with antibiotics, and placed in small syringes for fat transfer.
A total of 280 cc of fat was micrografted into each breast.
Post-operative pictures were taken at 6 months. Patient had about 1 cup size of enhancement as she had wished.
This 48 years old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha from a tummy tuck as well as breast fat transfer. The patient was happy with her breast shape but wanted them fuller.
On examination, the patient was found to have a small C cup breast on the right and a large B cup on the left.
Dr. Agha planned to perform a high-definition tummy tuck for her with liposuction of excess fat, and breast fat transfer.
During a 5 hours surgery, the patient underwent liposuction of her lower abdomen, love-handles and waist, as well as high-definition tummy tuck, and breast fat transfer.
About 2000 mls of lipoaspirate (fat mixed with blood and fluids) was suctioned from the mentioned areas. The fat was then processed, cleaned, mixed with antibiotics, and placed in small syringes for fat transfer.
A total of 350 cc of fat was micrografted into each breast.
Post-operative pictures were taken at 12 months. Patient had about 1 ½ cup size of enhancement as well as more symmetrical breasts.
This 55 years old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for liposuction and breast fat transfer. The patient was happy with her breast shape but wanted rounder and fuller breasts with her own fat.
During a 3 hours surgery, the patient underwent liposuction of her back, abdomen, and flanks. About 2600 mls of lipoaspirate (fat mixed with blood and fluids) was suctioned from these areas as per Dr. Agha’s fat harvesting protocol. The fat was then processed, cleaned, mixed with antibiotics, and placed in small syringes for fat transfer.
The fat was then used to sculpt rounder and fuller breasts while augmenting their size. About 330 mls of fat was injected into the larger left breast and 370 mls into the smaller right breast.
Post-operative pictures were taken at 9 months. Patient had about 1 ½ cup size of enhancement as well as more symmetrical, rounder, and perkier breasts.
This 38 years old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha with A- breasts. She virtually had no breast prominence. The patient specifically sought out Dr. Agha for his expertise in fat transfer and wished to have breast fat transfer only.
On examination, the patient was found to have very little fat and was advised to have breast enhancement with implants. She however insisted that she would be happy with any improvements and did not want implants.
During 3 hours of surgery, the patient underwent liposuction according to Dr. Agha’s fat transfer protocol. She had liposuction of her abdomen, inner thighs, thigh fronts, and lower back and flanks.
About 1800 mls of lipoaspirate (fat mixed with blood and fluids) was suctioned from these various areas. The fat was then processed, cleaned, mixed with antibiotics, and placed in small syringes for fat transfer.
A total of 260 cc of fat was micrografted into each breast.
Post-operative pictures were taken at 6 months. Patient had about 1 cup size of augmentation.
This 43 years old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha from a 360 degree mommy makeover. The patient wished to have complete body sculpting with enhancement of her buttocks and breasts. The patient wished to have mild enhancement of her buttocks size but more significant fullness of her breasts. She was happy with her breast shape and did not wish to have a breast lift or breast implants.
Together with the patient, Dr. Agha planned a high-definition tummy tuck, liposuction and liposculpture of her body, mild buttocks fat transfer and more significant fat transfer to her breasts.
During a 7 hours surgery, the patient underwent liposuction of her back, love-handles and flanks, lower abdomen and inner thighs. About 3500 mls of lipoaspirate (fat mixed with blood and fluids) was suctioned from these areas. The fat was then processed, cleaned, mixed with antibiotics, and placed in small syringes for fat transfer.
A total of 350 cc of fat was micrografted into the central aspect of each buttocks for reshaping and making the buttocks mainly rounder rather than larger as per patient’s request. The rest of the processed fat was injected into the breasts. The smaller right breast received about 400 mls of fat while the larger left breast was injected with 350 mls.
Post-operative pictures were taken at 12 months. Patient had about 1 ½ cup size of enhancement as well as more symmetrical breasts.

This 52 years old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for breast enhancement and tummy tuck surgeries. The patient specifically did not want breast implants or any incisions on her breasts.
Examination of her breasts revealed breast asymmetry with the left breast being smaller than the right. Patient also had breast sagging on both sides.
Dr. Agha informed the patient that best breast shape and best breast position can only be achieved through breast augmentation with implants, and breast reduction and breast lift. However, the patient did not want to have any incisions or scars on her breasts. The patient requested to undergo liposuction and breast fat transfer instead.
The patient underwent liposuction as well as 400 cc of fat transfer into the right breast and 500 cc into left breast.
Post-operative pictures are taken at 6 months.
