This 22 year old patient presented to Dr. Agha for Correction of uneven breasts with the right breast being significantly smaller than the left. The patient wished to have both breasts augmented, rather than to augment the right and reduce the left. She therefore had Breast Augmentation with a 550 cc implant on the right and a 150 cc implant on the left. She also had a peri-areolar or Benelli Mastopexy.

This 19 year old female who presented to Dr. Agha for breast augmentation. The patient had significant asymmetry of her breasts with the right breast being smaller than the left. The patient underwent a transumbilical breast augmentation with placement of Spectrum Adjustable Implants. The patient had 270 cc of saline on the left and 380 cc on the right to achieve symmetry.

This is a 50 years old female who presented to Dr. Siamak Agha with inverted nipples. The patient underwent correction of her inverted nipple deformity on both sides. Her post-operative pictures were taken at 4 months after her surgery.

A 27-year-old woman who came to Dr. Agha for tubular breast correction. The procedure included: nipple-areola reduction, reconsctruction of the inframammry folds, submuscular breast augmentation.

This 42 year old female presented to The Aesthetic Centers with a request to undergo a mommy makeover. On examination, the patient was found to have breast asymmetry with the right breast being larger than the left one. Patient also had a mild degree of breast sagging (breast ptosis) on the right, a mild to moderate degree of lower abdominal laxity and fullness of her love-handles. The patient underwent a mini-tummy tuck with liposuction of her flanks, breast augmentation with silicone implants, as well as a right-sided crescent mastopexy (breast lift) to correct the position of her right nipple areola. The right silicone implant was 325 cc moderate plus profile and the left implant was 350 cc moderate plus profile. Post-operative mommy makeover pictures are taken at 6 months after her surgery.
